1. Provide consulting services on customs and C/O (Certificate of Origin) policies to clients and the headquarters team.
2. Review and verify documents related to import and export goods, including documents for Certificate of Origin applications, animal and plant quarantine, identification, quality inspection, special permit applications, special inspections, and other documents generated during the import and export procedures at ports, local customs, and customs branches.
3. Be responsible for consulting on HS Codes (Harmonized System Codes) for clients' customs-declared goods and relevant tariff regulations.
4. Coordinate to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of clients' electronic customs declarations.
5. Coordinate the handling of special cargo, problematic cargo, or cargo from new clients.
6. Liaise with local logistics service providers in Vietnam to implement and follow up on specific tasks.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of import and export types of enterprises such as FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) enterprises, EPE enterprises, investment processing enterprises, and commercial enterprises, as well as import and export operations of the above-mentioned enterprises.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Good health, integrity, ability to work under high pressure, and strong sense of responsibility; willingness to work overtime when required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with customs-related experience in manufacturing enterprises or basic knowledge of international logistics.
• No gender restriction; college degree or above; no major restriction.

• 13th-month salary will be issued based on the company's annual performance and personal performance.
