Content Strategist

• Lead the content teams (6 members), creative teams, and writers to implement the content strategy on website, social media and public media.
• Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of company product, customer personas and analysis on customer thoughts and trends.
• Creating innovative content appropriate for the brand’s customer personas and planning
• the editorial calendar and content proposition which includes content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content.
• Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms.
• Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
• Analyzing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it’s working or not to ensure the content strategy meets business objectives.

• Creative skills to adapt and create innovative content on online platforms, engage target audience and convey brand message intelligently.
• Change management skills to keep content moving with rapid changes in social media platforms and target audience.
• Deep experience in content creation including video, writing and advertising.
• Experience in/understanding of building effective social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok...
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use business intelligence to plan actions.
• Ability to research and understand management software and SaaS industry.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in the technology, entertainment industry
• Proficient in English.
