English Teacher (Native)

- Deliver lessons that follow Creative Curriculum and the weekly planning

- Report directly to Operations Managers for scheduling and day to day running of program

- Report to International Curriculum Co-ordinator for academic

- Prepare and organize lesson materials and planning

- Prepare and organize happy time materials and booth

- Attend parents’ meetings two times per year

- Attend monthly meetings at campus

- Attend special events were necessary

- Follow working hours as outlined in contract

- Conducts two formal observations a year

- Completes training and professional development as required by the school

- English teachers report directly to Operations Manager of the campus that they have been assigned to. For other issues outside of daily running of classes English teachers report to the International Curriculum Coordinator.

Native English speakers with previous teaching experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• English language teaching certificates

• Experience in teaching kids preferred

Qualification and Skills:

• Great passion in teaching kids.

• Patience, honesty, flexibility, devotion and cooperation.

• Skills in classroom management, time management, critical thinking and team work.

• Ability to solve the problems and suggest the alternative plans.

• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
