Quality assurance operation & training

• Conduct regular demonstration lessons and teaching sessions to stay current with instructional practices and classroom dynamics.
• Observe online class directly or via records as scheduled or when needed;
• Conduct and provide feedback on onboard training or other necessary training for teachers when needed;
• Coordinate with the teacher in accessing suitable teaching resources; methodology, etc.
• Coordinate to reconcile conflicts; complaints between teachers and students;
• Collaborating with teachers and other team to develop improved lesson plans,
• assessments, and classroom management techniques;
• Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge;

Process, policies, and regulation

• Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;
• Support team members in handling requests and concerns from teachers;
• Support to check, monitor, remind and guide teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
• Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;
• Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operation in the right standard;
• Update and make necessary reports;

Other

• Other ad hoc assignments required by Line manager.

Skills & Abilities

• Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;
• Have good skills in verbal and non-verbal communication;

General & Specialist Knowledge

• English proficiency (IELTS/ TOEIC/ Other) being equivalent to C1 in CEFR Level or upwards;
• Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) is an advantage;

Education & Training

• At least Bachelor degree in English Teaching or relating majors;

Relevant Experience

• At least 4 years experience in teaching and former experience in academic operation;

Special Requirements

• Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech-savvy
• Computer literacy – MS Office; G-suit; CRM, etc;
