Data Entry Team Leader

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 5 data entry personnel.
• Collect ticket information from websites provided by the company. Buy the tickets as required by manager’s instructions.
• Fill out reports using pre-made templates of team members and yourself and submit them to the manager at the end of each shift.
• Complete other tasks as requested by the manager.
• Communicate regularly with the direct manager to report team performance, issues, and progress.
• Monitor and track the team’s performance, and collect data on their output and quality.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and data.
• Provide feedback to the team to help improve efficiency.
• Complete data entry tasks yourself when not engaged in leadership duties.
• Carry out other responsibilities as required by management.
• WORKING TIME:
• 5 night working shifts a week. From 8PM to 5AM. (Night shift will have 30% salary bonus per hour from 10PM-5AM, by law.)
• 1 hour of break in any time of the shift.
• You will have TWO random days off/week, this will be decided by the company.

• Very important: Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in data entry and team leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, including reporting and team management.
• Ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities when required.
