Trách nhiệm
- Sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng và khắc phục sự cố các thiết bị cơ khí, máy móc trong quá trình gia công.
- Đảm bảo dây chuyền vận hành một cách an toàn và hiệu quả. Thực hiện các điều chỉnh và đề xuất các cải tiến để tránh sự cố tái diễn.
- Lập kế hoạch các hoạt động bảo trì bằng cách thu thập thông tin; nắm bắt tình hình máy móc, thiết bị. Thực hiện và làm việc theo đơn đặt hàng và lưu hồ sơ trong hệ thống.
- Thực hiện danh sách kiểm tra hàng ngày, đề xuất cải tiến cho hiệu quả hơn.
- Theo dõi tình hình Phụ tùng trong Cửa hàng kỹ thuật, đề xuất phụ tùng thay thế cho thiết bị.
- Bàn giao công việc cho ca sau để phối hợp tốt hơn.
- Repair, maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and machineries in the processing
- Line in a safe and efficient manner. Make adjustments and recommend improvements to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Plan maintenance activities by collecting the information; capture the situation of machine, equipment. Perform and work orders and keeps record in the system
- Monitoring the situation of Spare part in Technical Store, recommend spare part for equipment
- Perform daily routine checklist, suggest improvements for more effectively
- Make a proper shift turn over to co-mechanic for better coordination
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật (Cơ khí, Cơ điện tử, Tự động hóa,…).
- Kinh nghiệm: 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm có liên quan.
- Tiếng Anh: Trình độ trung cấp, đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tốt.
- Máy tính: Sử dụng tốt Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…), SAP.
- Background: College degree or above of Science or Technical Major (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation,…)
- Experiences: 1-2 year relevant experiences
- English: Intermediate level, good in reading technical document
- Computer: Good on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…), SAP
