Commercial Executive

Import-Export Coordination:

• Prepare and manage the import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Track shipments and communicate status updates to relevant parties.
• Manage and store relevant documents and expenses in the process of import and export of goods.

Purchasing Support:

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing products from suppliers.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.

Sales Assistance:

• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Assist in order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain customer database and assist in customer relationship management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Graduated from specialized universities or colleges related to Import and Export.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in import-export or related fields.
• Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
