IT BA Cum QC

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop business process models and propose solutions for complex business challenges.
• Analyze requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and quality.
• Participate in preparing test documents (test cases, test plans) and create testing strategies.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business objectives are met.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• At least 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to capture and process complex business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, including writing and executing test cases.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC (software development lifecycle) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• English: reading, writing.
