UI/UX Game Designer

• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to create user-centered designs that align with the game's vision
• Create visually appealing and consistent UI assets that match the game's art style
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for various game screens, including menus, HUDs, character selection, customization, and social features
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test UI concepts including menus, gameplay, and cinematics, etc
• Sets up the game for cross-platform development with a common UI in Unreal Engine 5, ensuring PS5 compatibility
• Develops an onboarding experience for users to learn controls and game mechanics
• Ensure the game’s front end includes options like Play, Options, Credits, and Quit, with PC-specific settings
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Optimize UI elements for different platforms and screen sizes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in the gaming industry

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in the gaming industry, preferably with consoles online multiplayer titles
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and expertise in game development
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging user interfaces that enhance gameplay
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for wrestling and gaming, with a deep understanding of the genre's target audience
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice to have:

• Experience with Unreal Engine or other game development engines
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines for game UI design
• Familiarity with animation and motion graphics for UI elements
