IT System-Administrator/ IT Hệ Thống

- First level IT support locally, at Wiha Vietnam (client replacement, solving simple problems in the systems and clients, on-site support for network adjustments, setting up clients, smartphones, printers)

- Identification of possible optimizations in the local environment and development of the solution together with corporate IT

- Interface and central contact point between the users at Wiha Vietnam and the Wiha Group IT

- Validation and recording of incidents via the ticket system

- Controller and Project coordinator for IT related projects

- Acting as the system administrator for the current ERP (Microsoft Navision)

- Involvement in the future ERP project

- Reporting structurally to local Wiha Vietnam COO and functionally to Wiha Group IT

Working place

Wiha Vietnam’s office at: Song Cong Industrial Zone 1, Bach Quang Ward, Song Cong City, Thai Nguyen, Vietnam

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

- Skills in technical environments (servers, Microsoft AD, printers, client-administration incl. Microsoft 365/Office 365, network)

- Desirable basic understanding and experience with Microsoft ERP i.e. Navision, Dynamic 365

- Desirable Microsoft Cloud

- A structural and analytical approach should be given.

- Good communication skills to be able to talk to the Group IT but also to the Vietnamese colleagues.

- Quick comprehension as well as the ability to and want to familiarize oneself with new topics.

- Effective problem- solving skill

- Team player, enthusiasm, reliable

- English in written and spoken.
