Senior Executive Business Development (HCM - HN)

· Develop and execute a strategic customer outreach plan to identify potential project opportunities and target specific areas for business development.

· Collaborate with the office furniture project team to gather and manage essential information, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

· Act as the key point of contact between customers and the internal project team, facilitating clear communication and prompt response to inquiries.

· Proactively identify and address challenges or obstacles during project execution, implementing effective solutions to ensure successful project completion.

· Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.

· Prepare and present compelling proposals, showcasing the company's capabilities and unique offerings to prospective clients.

· Bachelor's degree in English languages, Business, International Relations, Sales/ Marketing, Interior Design/ Civil Engineering/ Architecture with good business sense, Finance & Banking or a related field.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Strong social network.

· Knowledge of the interior design and building industry, including market trends and best practices will be a plus.
