1. Operate the company’s infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
2. IT device management provisioning, software assurance and termination.
3. Support, manage and maintain the configuration and installation of end-user machines, including patch updates and hardware replacements.
4. Planning and operation of various account policies and security policies.
5. Install, configure, and maintain IT Infrastructure hardware and software components.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and network systems.
Yêu cầu
1. Educational background:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline
3. Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure systems
• English communication skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
