Product Development Executive

Control Product Specification & Quality Target

• Receive and liaise new development request from Sales/Customer Service
• Create specification of each item into the system (finish goods, material, ...)
• Analyze print feasibility, choose right process and distribute quality target to Technical & Production Team before sampling
• Work closely with Sales/Customer Service team and Production team on project management
• Finish tasks that are assigned by Leader/Supervisor/Manager
• Work in strict compliance with Work Instructions (WI), procedures and ensure safety regulations
• Develop skills or new working methods to increase effectiveness
• Report to manager and daily systematic report on the progress of each project

Quoting

• Do Costing in-house & outsourced products
• Negotiate with supplier on cost, sample lead time and some outsource production planning
• Submit pricing to Sales and also to team members across the system

Sample Development

• Follow best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development
• Participate in the development of product marketing activities and strategic implementation plans
• Follow up on tight design, sampling, fitting, testing, reporting and customer approval documentation and timeline

Sourcing

• Sourcing, Visit & Audit outsource suppliers in order to handle the sample and order process smoothly
• Take care, develop and evaluate outsource suppliers
• Other tasks as required.

• 01-03 year experience in Printing/Packaging industry or other relevant fields.
• Bachelor’s degree/College degree is required.
• Good at Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop are preferred
• Mathematical attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Good command of English for four skills
• Good at organizing and teamwork skills
• Self-disciplinal with the ability to work under high pressure
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadline
