Product Research Team Leader (Vitox LLC)

• Managing works and peoples in Product Research Team. /Quản lý toàn bộ nhân sự và công việc thuộc Team nghiên cứu sản phẩm.
• Training and developing the core-knowledge team of compliance consulting service of the company. /Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ những kiến ​​thức cốt lõi về dịch vụ tư vấn quy định tuân thủ của Công ty.
• Participate in projects to establish the protocol for compliance consulting service packages. /Cùng tham gia vào các dự án thiết lập protocol cho các gói dịch vụ tư vấn quy định tuân thủ.
• Assist with and supervise various research projects related to the compliance consulting service. /Hỗ trợ và giám sát những dự án nghiên cứu liên quan đến dịch vụ tư vấn quy định tuân thủ.
• Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives. /Trao đổi, hợp tác, làm việc chặt chẽ với các thành viên trong Bộ phận, Công ty để cung cấp các giải pháp hiệu quả nhằm mục đích hỗ trợ các mục tiêu kinh doanh.
• Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data. /Theo dõi và thường xuyên cập nhật các báo cáo dữ liệu liên quan để phục vụ công tác quản trị và thúc đẩy công việc hiệu quả giữa các Team, Bộ phận.
• Assist to establish and improve procedures and processes by addressing issues and risks. /Hỗ trợ Thiết lập và hoàn thiện các hồ sơ và quy trình liên quan nhằm giảm thiểu rủi ro.
• Utilize proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. / Thường xuyên sử dụng, cập nhật các công cụ, giải pháp quản lý nhân sự để cải thiện năng suất và hiệu quả trong Team.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules/Đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu theo quy định, ngân sách và lịch trình kế hoạch đề ra.
• Another related task as Product Department responsibility/Các nhiệm vụ liên quan khác từ các Cấp.

• Bachelor’s degree of chemistry, biology, biochemistry, food technology, environmental technology and toxicology (neuro-toxicology, aquatic toxicology, chemical toxicology, environmental toxicology, forensic toxicology, and medical toxicology) or chemical relating majors. /Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành hóa học, sinh học, hóa sinh, công nghệ thực phẩm, công nghệ môi trường và độc chất học (độc học thần kinh, độc chất thủy sản, độc chất hóa học, độc chất môi trường, độc chất pháp y, độc chất y tế) hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan đến hóa chất.
• At least 2 year of experience in the lab. /Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm công tác tại phòng thí nghiệm.
• Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills. /Khả năng tổ chức, kiểm soát hiệu quả dữ liệu, tài liệu và kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.
• Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities. /Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, đào tạo, xây dựng nhóm và cố vấn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. /Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt bằng văn bản và lời nói.
• Good command of English (4 skills). /Thành thạo tiếng Anh (4 kỹ năng).
• Be sociable, responsible, honest, careful, and dynamic at work. /Hòa đồng, có trách nhiệm, trung thực, cẩn thận và năng động trong công việc.
