UX / UI Designer

We are seeking a Designer to join our team.

• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational elements
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables.
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

• Solid strong UX is a must
• Keen eyes on product vision, we would like to hear your brilliant ideas but also the competitor’s benchmark.
• At least 1 year of experience working in UX/UI field
• Have experience working in product team as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• Familiar with the fundamental UX of major platforms: iOS, Android, Web, Desktop OS
• Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, AfterEffect)
• Proficient in prototyping & handover tools such as InVision, Zeplin, Abstract, Plant etc.
• Do-able attitude, excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs and suggestions
• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Basic web development knowledge: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
• Interaction design is a big plus
• Securities and financial industry knowledge is preferred
