Trách nhiệm
- Gọi điện cho khách hàng tiềm năng giới thiệu về chương trình học và đặt lịch hẹn tư vấn;
- Tư vấn khóa học trên fanpage;
- Hỗ trợ chăm sóc học viên;
- Các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý.
Yêu cầu
- Có kinh nghiệm telesales từ 2 năm trở lên;
- Giọng nói dễ nghe, truyền cảm, không nói ngọng, không nói lắp;
- Kĩ năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục khách hàng;
- Yêu thích lĩnh vực giáo dục và ngoại ngữ;
- Làm việc full-time 8 tiếng/ngày, 6 ngày/tuần;
- Ca làm việc: Sáng – Chiều – Tối.
