Import Executive

• Make sure all shipments for all locations are received costly, smoothly, on time.
• Work with local authorities like the Custom Department, Vietnamese Register, and Finance Department.
• To smoothly coordinate with all managers to ensure the need for Parts & Accessories, bikes, merchandise.
• Oversee bike homologation.
• Work and negotiate with Clearance Custom Agents to guarantee cost efficiency.
• Be responsible for all related documents, procedures, and processes in receiving shipment on time, efficiently.
• Work with truckers, forwarders, and transportation services.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate from College / University with a related major in: Foreign Trade, Import / Export, Logistics, etc.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in Motorcycle/ Automotive industry).
• Proficiency in MS Office software, Customs Declaration Software, and other office applications.
• Good English skills.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Careful, honest, and hard-working.
