• Plan & supervise the work of the nurses for ensuring the smooth operation
• Conduct the training, coaching for the nurses in nurse skills and job guidance in alignment with the corporate standard to meet customer’s satisfaction
• Be in charge of development the nurse’s career goal to meet the Company objectives and plans
• Provide advice for the nurses and solve problem related to nursing team at clinics
• Provide daily nursing tasks at clinics and on-site
• Take care of patients, build relationship with them and ensure that they are well cared for
• Build up and control work flows to in line with the clinic operations
• Ensure the medical equipments are managed and maintained, the medical supplies are controlled well;
• Coodinate and support Font office, Doctor team and other teams in clinic operations and developments
• Take charge of internal and external reports
• Other tasks as required by Line Manager/ BOD

• At least 5-year experience in Head Nurse
• Bachelor degree in Nursing major
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, patient care and medical equipment and instruments
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency/ hard situation
• Effective communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
