Corporate Legal Specialist

• Draft and implement legal procedures for the Company to transfer and receive the transfer of Assets and Projects as assigned.
• Review, update, and report on legal regulations in countries where investment activities operate.
• Draft, review, and amend contracts and other legal documents, identify risks and propose plans and structures for transaction implementation.
• Manage legal documents systematically and support managers to directly track and report on project implementation progress to ensure project output
• Coordinate with related internal divisions to develop, appraise, review, consult, and perform other work on all arising issues related to corporate and investment legality aspects.
• Report periodically to the Line Manager to update amendments and draft legal regulations related to the Company's business lines and industries.
• Other tasks as required by the Line Manager.

• LLB/LLM in Law Major.
• At least 03 years of experience as legal and compliance/lawyer/ in real estate/M&A/ Investment/Capital Funding... in law firms or corporations.
• Practical experience working with foreign investors/partners.
• Experience in M&A activities.
• Have knowledge and experience related to corporate law, investment law and internal management law;
• Master the legal regulations and practices on: real estate, investment, banking and financing, construction, taxes, corporate governance,...
• Professionally using English in a business context at the level of composing bilingual specialized documents and communicating with foreign partners.)
• Skills in analyzing and processing information, and handling situations flexibly and sensitively.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to go on short-term business trips when required.
