Legal Executive

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard the legal interests of both clients and the company.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address identified legal risks and implement appropriate action plans.
• Make business license and contact, work with government agencies
• Engage with regulatory authorities and clients, including both domestic and international stakeholders.
• Manage compliance initiatives for corporate services, including the development and enforcement of business conduct standards and contract management policies.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
• Offer strategic legal research and advice to stakeholders on a broad range of legal and compliance matters.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Lawyer Practice Certificate are required.
• Preferred specializations: labor law, corporate law, investment law, and M&A.
• Priority is given to those with experience in business licensing and working with government agencies.
• 3-5 years of legal experience, ideally combining both law firm and in-house roles.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 or higher.
• Highly ambitious and eager to learn and advance to a senior executive level.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment, with a strong willingness to assist others.
• A proactive problem-solver, adept at proposing legally sound and commercially viable solutions.
• Able to withstand high-pressure situations.
