Finance Intern

• Assist with general administrative tasks for Finance team
• Update Loan tracking of all onshore/offshore companies
• Update State Bank approval documents
• Update Bank account master list in Excel file (onshore/offshore)
• Courier documents to the banks/SBV/tax department
• Filing all the documents (Contract/ Appendix/Accounting voucher/Bank statement/VAT reports,...)
• Create payment requests in JDE system/TT forms (MUTB payment/ payment for vendors)
• Submit OA for approval/create vendor code
• Support for external audit, internal audit
• Other tasks as requested by Finance team members

• New graduates or current students in a bachelor’s program, majoring in Auditing/Accounting/Finance
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures
• Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong writing and communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
