Planing Manager

• Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply
• Get the right and dig down client and/or consumer insights
• Host the brainstorming section with team to deliver the best idea for the project
• Provide clear and timely direction to all project members
• Work closely with Account and Design team to build proposal, then to win the projects
• Create and arrange the presentation materials logically and beautifully
• Present proposal to client
• Research information (collect data and analyze)
• Keep Management Team updated with Competitors’ activities or Industry trend
• Provide on-the-job training and motivate team members

• BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Foreign Language, Foreign Trade, Business Administration
• At least 3 (THREE) years’ experience in similar position in GLOBAL AGENCY
• Passionate, collaborative, outgoing, proactive and creative
• Proficient in verbal and written communications in ENGLISH or KOREAN (Korean is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express) and Internet tools
• Have a wide social knowledge and deep understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
• Logical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
• Ability to work under high pressure
