Line Manager: Investment Director

Working time: Thứ 2 – Thứ 6 (8h00 – 17h30)

Working Place: UOA Tower, 6 Tân Trào, Phường Tân Phú, Quận 7.

Responsibilities:

· Seek out real estate investment opportunities, focusing on the land bank suitable to build residential and commercial projects;

· Coordinate bidding and auction projects in the southern region (from Mekong Delta to Khánh Hòa province)

· Evaluate investment opportunities depending on legal feasibility, finance and schedule;

· Corporate with related departments to process in execution steps: due diligence, evaluation, contracting, negotiation;

· Evaluate & follow up after investment.

· Bachelor's degree in economics or related background with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate corporation;

· Experience in land clearance, participating in bidding & auction processes. Understanding the steps to implement the compensation resettlement process, determine boundaries, land use history, and land transfer procedures.

· Excellent market knowledge across real estate sectors and proven experience in working with investment projects is a plus.

· Good in English.

· Strong evaluating skills, quick adaptation ability, strong negotiation skill;

· Well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and work under high pressure.
