Marketing Manager

1. Marketing Campaign Planning and Management:

- Lead the marketing team to plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns (campaign ideas, social media content, TikTok ads, Facebook ads, Google ads).

- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand strategy and budget.

- Work with relevant departments (Sales, Finance) to implement effective, timely and appropriate marketing plans.

- Monitor and report campaign performance, provide insights and suggest improvements.

2. E-commerce advertising management:

- Work with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada to drive online sales.

- Focus on Shopee advertising and optimize for maximum sales performance.

-Optimize product listings, descriptions and digital platforms to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

-Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

3.Other requirements related to brand marketing activities as required by superiors.

Main requirements:

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

-Experience: From 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry, with English speaking

-Experience working with e-commerce platforms in Vietnam (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.). Good performance in similar industries (FMCG/Beauty)

-Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, especially in the beauty industry.

- Deep understanding of Vietnam's digital landscape, consumer behavior and social media trends (ages 18-25).

- Ability to work independently under pressure, fast and responsive.
