Short-term challenges:
- Quick self-learning about the company policy & process within the first 2 weeks.
- Adapt with the accounting system of the company
Long-term challenges:
- Should understand all accountant works and optimize the procedure.
1. AR
- check receipt report, update the payment schedule of house sale. Daily
- update the rental term and allocate the rental revenue monthly.
- Check sales contract. (MEP construction)
- Check the work done and issue invoice and prepare other revenue related report..
2. AP
- Base on contract to review the payment document. Daily/monthly
- Record and reconcile the related party transaction.
3. Cost
- Review payment document (construction work) base on contract. Daily/Monthly
- Check the material record. (Purchasing, using)
- Track the cost of construction project.
4. GL
- Monthly closing work. (included bank reconciliation, accrue expense and Monthly
allocate expense)
- Generate the monthly FS and consolidation FS.
5. Other
- Prepare document to auditor. Semi-annually
6 . Ad hoc task assigned by manager.
- Support manager for special project. Depends on
(like the system related to accounting work) request
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance
- Accountant experience more than 7 years
- Excellent written and oral communication in English & Chinese (advantage)
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulation, compliance, and
procedures for corporations.
- Using tools to improve work efficiency. (Optimizing procedure, apply system or even AI)
- Strong commercial sense, analytical, and research skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Independ thinking, problem solver.
