We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Executive who is proficient in both Japanese and English. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our business operations, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between Mynavi and our invested companies.
- Act as a key member in supporting and streamlining business processes between Mynavi and our invested companies.
- Accelerate the business of our invested companies.
- Conduct business due diligence, assist in the development of business plans, and perform research and analysis of potential start-up investment opportunities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting line.
- Report line: Business support team

※ Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in University
- Experience in business support, business administration, sales or marketing.
- Fluency in both Japanese (above N2) and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
※ Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a specific industry (e.g., investment, finance or M&A).
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
