Intermediate UI/UX Designer (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have a good portfolio demonstrating their design capabilities and experience in creating user-centered designs for B2B SaaS products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work with our Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for our B2B SaaS product targeting Vietnamese companies.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals.
• Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms and devices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points, validate design decisions, and inform future iterations.
• Develop and maintain a design system and UI pattern library, ensuring consistent and coherent user experiences across the product.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented and provide guidance on design best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate new ideas into the product as appropriate.
• Present and defend your design work to the team and stakeholders, demonstrating the rationale behind your design decisions.
• Provide time and effort estimates for design tasks, and deliver high-quality work within the agreed-upon deadlines.

• Experience in UI/UX design, preferably for SaaS products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility standards, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with remote and/or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools
