Intern Client Service / Junior Trader/ Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze logistics reports (e.g., stock and sea shipment reports) and provide key insights to Junior Traders.
• Monitor and track the status of open invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Input data related to ongoing commercial deals into internal systems.
• Lead the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for new clients, managing document requests and coordinating with the Compliance team.
• Prepare shipment documentation, including packing lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), and other necessary trade documents.
• Learn the basics of Junior Trader responsibilities and support the team with various tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
• Education: University student in International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: Previous internship or experience in client service management, international trade, or logistics is a plus.
• Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective time management and self-organization skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to learning.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (fluent). A big PLUS Chinese (Speaking, writing)
• Interview: The interview process will be conducted in both English and Chinese in case.
