1) Ensure that the monthly inventory valuation for Raw material, Work in progress & Finished goods is recognized correctly.
2) Review the freight cost analysis.
3) Ensure intercompany related transactions are correct and liaise with counterparty to resolve issues if any.
4) Ensure that intercompany transactions are as per the terms of the agreed contracts.
5) Support and provide guidance on e-invoicing matters.
6) Support on transfer pricing matters.
7) Review entries and work performed by the teams on Sales , inventory , Intercompany and Costing.
8) Work with production and logistic on inventory / costing related matters.
9) Work closely with the team and various departments to resolve issues and improvement plan.
10) Perform month-end closing and year-end closing processes.
11) Organizer for the annual stock count.
12) Support on transfer pricing issues.
13) Support on the various audits (e.g. custom audit).
14) Review and provide suggestion on areas of improvement and controls.
15) Support assignment of ad hoc projects as required.

- Graduated from University with majors in Accounting, Auditing, and Finance;
- Have 8 years or more working experience as a Chief Accountant or other equivalent positions in manufacturing and FDI companies.
- Have worked in manufacturing companies for more than 5 years.
- Have experience in inventory management and costing.
- Have experience in leading a team.
- Ability to think logically and work independently. Able to problem-solving. Good time-management & is a team player. Able to hand on when required.
- Able to communicate in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Working after Tet holiday
