Mechanical Engineer ( CNC )

1. Install, program, support to remote operate 3-axis, 4-axis milling machines, lathe machine VMC, HMC, double pallet.
2. Review technical drawings, material dimensions.
3. Select appropriate tools and processing methods.
4. Set up processing programs, processing instructions
5. Create models and in-process drawings for product, tools and fixtures.
6. Aware of document control system
7. Carry out production related requests from superiors.
8. Support to solve processing problems during production.
9. Learn and improve processing processes and methods.
10. Train new programmers when necessary.

1. Education requirement:
Bachelor degree of Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineer or relevant.
- TOEIC 350+
- Certificate in Masterscam is a plus.
- Master Degree is a plus.

2. Experience requirement:
- Good at English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings, engineering drawings.
- Good at using Inventor design software (2D, 3D)
- Proficient in using Mastercam 3D
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards, quality requirements, and ability of using CAD/CAM (Mastercam) for Machining Cycle Time & Machining Approach
+1 Years in design and creating 3D/2D drawing.
+1 Years working with Masterscam 3D or relating CNC programming software
Experience on designing product for CNC machining
- Aware of documents control.
- Able to work independently.
- Problem solving, root cause analysis.
- Organizing skills.
