Merchandise Assistant Manager

1. Merchandising Operations:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with buyers, designers, and production teams to finalize orders and specifications.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to recommend product ideas and improvements.

2. Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the merchandising team, ensuring productivity, skill development, and alignment with company goals.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments (sales, production, quality assurance, and logistics).
• Conduct performance reviews and support team members in achieving their objectives.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly.

4. Production Coordination:

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Monitor production schedules and address potential delays or issues proactively.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet client and company standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or related roles, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with supply chain and inventory management software.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Lương cứng không phụ thuộc doanh số
