Trách nhiệm

As a General Manager assistant, you will…
  • Organize accommodations and transportation for the MD’s domestic business trips, visitors, and guests.
  • Prepare company announcement and correspondence and communicate the MD’s messages to internal departments and external parties.
  • Proofread corporate and sales communication (manuals, packaging…)
  • Process payments and manage financial documents.
  • Manage the shipment and receipt of parcels and documents, both domestically and internationally.
  • Support legal and administrative processes, including judgment enforcement and payment requests, membership to relevant organizations and insurance.
  • Oversee office and warehouse lease agreements, contract renewals, and business licenses.

You’re the perfect match if…
  • You have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • You have excellent communication abilities in both English and Vietnamese.
  • You are able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • You previously worked with legal and governmental procedures.
