Trách nhiệm

Develop and Implement SEO Strategies:
  • Plan and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance the company’s website rankings on search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and ensure website compliance with SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (Organic Traffic, CTR, Conversion Rate).
Content Management and Marketing Campaigns:
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content aligned with business goals.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
Digital Marketing:
  • Assist in executing and optimizing Digital Marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media).
  • Analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to improve marketing efficiency and performance.
Market Development Support:
  • Create marketing materials (website content, brochures, case studies) to support client acquisition strategies.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align messaging and ensure a consistent approach in client engagement strategies.

Yêu cầu

Experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO (preferably in IT Outsourcing or tech companies).
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Marketing Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of Marketing principles, with strong experience in B2B Marketing.
SEO Skills:
  • Proficient in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Skilled in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Marketing Skills:
  • Strong grasp of Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and online communication channels.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Social Media Marketing is a plus.
Language Skills:
  • Strong English communication and writing skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher).
Teamwork:
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with Sales, Content, and Development teams, and manage projects.
  • Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker. Knowledge of the IT or IT Outsourcing industry is a significant advantage
