Trách nhiệm

In-hotel Communication:
  • Lead overall In-hotel communication including POSMs, Visual Merchandise that is aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring that enhance guest experiences at the hotel seamlessly.
  • Support for New Store Opening (NSO)’s Operation by collaborating with the Operation, Finance & Customer Service team to implement POSMs, and audit to ensure the quality of execution.
  • Implement loyalty communication in the hotel to ensure the program’s efficacy & efficiency by recruiting more new users.
Market Research:
  • Support understanding the market trend from global and local markets to identify the opportunities.
  • Support implementing market research to understand guest insights, market opportunities.
B2B Sales Support:
  • Support understanding the market trend from global and local markets to identify the opportunities.
  • Support implementing market research to understand guest insights, market opportunities.

Yêu cầu

  • Hands-on and hard-working, highly adaptive to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Willing to learn and open-minded for new news.
  • 4-5 years in marketing, highly preferred FMCGs, hospitality, F&B background.
  • Be creative with a sense of beauty.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good timeline management skills & attention to details.
  • Fluently in English written & verbal communication.
