Trình độ học vấn

• Cử nhân chuyên ngành Tiếng Nhật, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.

Kiến thức & kinh nghiệm liên quan
Tiếng Nhật

• Tiếng nhật tương đương N2 trở lên, giao tiếp tốt.

Kỹ thuật

• Có hiểu biết về công nghệ để trao đổi khách hàng và đội phát triển.
• Có kinh nghiệm viết tài liệu dự án (Basic design, Detail design, Acceptance Test);
• Có kỹ năng trong việc kiểm thử phần mềm là một lợi thế.

Quản lý dự án

• Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm dự án với vai trò BrSE hoặc PM;
• Có hiểu biết về Agile, Scrum là một lợi thế.
