Advisory/Audit/Accounting Senior

• Participate in engagements of finance, tax, accounting, and internal control advisory services (including M&A jobs);
• Participate in consulting services of business supports (incorporation, dissolution, restructuring, etc.);
• Plan in accordance with advisory engagement’s substance and clients’ requirements;
• Assign appropriate team members and guide them to implement jobs;
• Lead and coordinate professional matters in compliance with agreed scope of work and planned processes;
• Prepare advisory reports in accordance with advisory engagement;
• Consult on financial, tax, and accounting issues for clients.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, and finance;
• Candidates with CPA/ or ACCA will be preferred;
• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and tax (audit or tax consultant experience are preferred);
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position;
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
• Strong analysis and synthesis skills;
• Good at foreign languages (English or/and Chinese) is preferred;
• Good at using AI generator tools.
