Trách nhiệm

1. Legal Advisory & Compliance
  • Provide legal advice on F&B and nightlife operations, including licensing, health and safety, alcohol laws, and labor standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations, staying updated on legislative changes affecting operations.
2. Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor, lease, partnership, and intellectual property agreements.
  • Manage contractual risks and secure favorable terms for the business.
3. Risk Management & Litigation
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Recommend and implement risk reduction measures.
4. Liaising with Authorities and Stakeholders
  • Support corporate governance, including board resolutions, policies, and filings.
  • Advise on corporate structure, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Collaborate with legal, HR, and other departments for unified compliance efforts.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law
  • 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, and nightlife
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven legal research and advisory experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
