Trách nhiệm
- Build and implement growth strategies, product marketing, enhance user experience, grow user base and revenue.
- Analyze markets, competitors, and conduct behavioral research to propose optimization solutions that meet user needs and blockchain trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns to attract new users and increase transaction volume.
- Manage, monitor & optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Content, Email Marketing, Influencer/Partner Collaboration).
- Build product branding through PR activities, events, community building (Reddit, Blog, Telegram, Discord, Twitter...).
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), adjust strategies based on actual data.
Yêu cầu
Essential:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in blockchain/crypto environment (level C) in Fintech, AI, and trading products or financial technology.
- Fluent English proficiency. English certificate equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or higher (e.g., TOEFL iBT 35-45, Cambridge PET, PTE Academic 36-43, or B1 CEFR certificate).
- Proven growth marketing experience with portfolio or case studies demonstrating product growth capabilities (e.g., increasing user base, revenue, or viral rate).
- Creative thinking, strong logic with experience in growth hacking and user acquisition.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, trading bots, and high adaptability in rapidly changing technological environments.
- Good data analysis skills (SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly and handle pressure.
- Experience working with blockchain products, fintech, or automated trading solutions.
- Extensive network within the international blockchain community.
- Candidates currently residing in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- English CV (clearly stating blockchain experience and related projects).
- Portfolio or case study of successful growth/marketing campaigns.
- Brief note explaining "Why are you suitable for this position?"
