Marketing Executive

• OFFLINE MARKETING PLANNING & EXECUTION

Plan, implement, and follow up offline marketing activities on quarterly and monthly basis to ensure marketing overall KPIs will be achieved.
Work with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure offline activities’ deliverables meet expectations in quality and timeline.
Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of offline marketing initiatives constantly, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement immediately if needed.

• PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT

Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with marketing objectives.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual benefits and collaboration.
Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the execution of joint marketing initiatives.

• VENUE MANAGEMENT

Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in execution.
Weekly site checks & update in-venue status regarding marketing activities execution, opportunities, and pain points for future actionable items.

• BUDGET MANAGEMENT:

Assist in the management of the marketing budget for offline activities and partnership initiatives.
Track expenses and ensure deliverable quality to budgetary constraints.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Communications or similar.
• Proven 3-4 years of working experience as a marketing executive.
• Experience in Entertainment / Game / Event companies is a plus.
• Good negotiating, persuading, and networking skills with guests, colleagues, and partners
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellence in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work outside the office (around 1-2 days/week) and travel (around 1-2 times/quarter).
