Technical Project Leader

REPORT TO: MED Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS FOR THE ROLE
• Lead technical projects related to lithium battery production, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement new products and process improvements.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.
• Define technical requirements and support validation processes.
• Act as a key technical contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

TASKS AND RECURRING ACTIVITIES
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)..
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in battery or electronics industries.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, and MES systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
