Loan Processor (Night Shift - Attractive Income)

Overview:
We are seeking multiple Loan Processors to join our US based company. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for gathering necessary documentation, reviewing applications, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mortgage loan applications.
Responsibilities:
● Review mortgage loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
● Collect and verify all necessary documentation, including income statements, credit reports, appraisal reports, and property information.
● Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to obtain any missing or additional information.
● Analyze applicant financial information to assess creditworthiness and adherence to lending guidelines.
● Prepare loan files and submit them to underwriting for approval.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions and communications.
● Provide excellent customer service and address any borrower inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

● Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
● Excellent English speaking and writing skills (comparable to IELTS 6.5 and above)
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
● Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
● Work hours: from 9-11PM to 6-8AM ( 8 hours work + 1 hour break)
