• Recruitment Process Management
- Oversee the recruitment process for the company's offices in Singapore and Cebu
- Plan future expansion into Southeast Asian countries, including Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia
• Candidate Sourcing
- Propose to manage and manage the job advertisements for effective recruitment results
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source candidates, including Job boards, Company websites, Online forums, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Candidate Screening and Management
- Update and manage candidate information files
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews for prospective candidates
• Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial interviews
- Assess and shortlist candidates to be forwarded to the hiring manager
• Onboarding Support - Assist with the onboarding process
- Prepare onboarding materials for new hires
• Employer Branding
- Enhance the employer brand through various social media platforms and engagement strategies

- Bachelor’s degree
- Prefer candidates with a degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Economics, Psychology, or related fields
- Passionate about recruitment
- Good English proficiency, equivalent to 7.0 IELTS
- At least 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment and interviewing is required. No experience in international recruitment and interviewing is necessary
- Skills in researching international recruitment markets and screening candidates
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Friendly, quick, enthusiastic, and responsible
- Logical thinking and good organizational skills
