Marketing Assistant

- Supervises, assists and reviews the work for the Manager.- Follows and translates for the Manager in every meeting.- Translates documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.- Manages products, sales, campaigns on Shopee official malls.- Contacts outsourced stakeholders for quotation and makes orders- Should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

- Fluent in English: IELTS 6.5, TOEIC 750, or relevant English certification from these level is highly recommended- High responsibility for work.- Teamwork spirit.- Be a careful, honest, and quick learner.- Have a quick sense at work to follow up with the CEO and Manager.- Strong organizational skills, especially multitasking.- A calm manner and good interpersonal skills to adapt easily to pressure.- Without experience will be trained.- Have experiences in content work or E-commercials are highly recommended, otherwise you will be trained.
