Get feedback from receivers about the quantity & quality
Handle problems if any damage/loss
2, POSM data management:
Update the information of retailers on POSM software (name, phone number, address, type of POSM…)
Track the list of retailers display POSM by weekly, monthly, quarterly
Support Supervisor to check sales the retailers display POSM weekly & monthly
3, Payment POSM incentive:
Consolidate payment POSM incentive by SMS every 2 months via distributors or agents
Collect signature of retailers from SR/MR/TL & keep filing at regional office
4, POSM bonus for staff:
Consolidate data to evaluate KPI for monthly POSM bonus for SR/MR
Consolidate data to evaluate KPI for monthly POSM bonus for SR/MR
