DMS Leader

Lead and manage the DMS team, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline distribution processes.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with distributors, sales teams, and management to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor-related inquiries and issues.
Document functional and business requirements documents including activity diagrams and use cases.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the DMS to ensure it meets business needs.
Take responsibility of deploying system to customers including testing UAT/User Manual, training for end user, supporting system issue.
Communicate with customers to define requirements based on business needs and in line with Eco System.
Analyze existing systems of customers to capture system requirements
Take responsibility for supporting Product/IT to communicate with the customers.
Coordinate with departments in the process of implementing DMS system;
Report to direct management weekly, monthly and related work contacts.

Male, Female Graduated from University or higher;
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in equivalent positions at FMCG companies, DMS solution providers.
Having knowledge of Jira, knowledge Visily, Miro or Draw. io
