Key Performance Areas:
1. Generate creative content ideas:
- Research TikTok trends to develop content that aligns with products and target audiences.
- Create video scripts (storytelling, humorous scenarios, tutorials, etc.), product reviews.
- Propose new formats such as challenges (hashtagchallenge), or how-to-use guides.
2. Produce engaging videos:
- Actively participate in video shooting and recording.
- Utilize TikTok tools like effects, sounds, and filters to create high-quality, eye catching videos.
- Edit videos using software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or TikTok’s in-app editing tools.
3. Engage and attract viewers:
- Post content according to a fixed schedule.
- Respond to viewer comments on videos. o Interact with the community to enhance brand visibility
4. Collaborate with other teams:
- Work closely with the other channel Key Account to ensure content aligns with EC strategy.
- Support the advertising team (TikTok Ads) by providing original content for campaigns.
- Collaborate with models, actors, or influencers on major campaigns.
5. Monitor content performance:
- Evaluate video performance using metrics such as views, likes, shares, and completion rates.
- Provide periodic reports and suggest improvements for future content.
