Middle Manual Tester

Write test plans from the requirements, specifications and test strategies
Create and perform test scenarios whenever it is necessary to fit in the project planning
Identify software defects and analyze the quality of projects and raise issues of quality with PM/QA Manager
Report results to the QA Leader/QA Manager
Strengthen QA technical abilities of  the team
Communicate with cross functional teams
Handle changes/improvements in QA/QC area
Meeting with clients from US/CA
Support clients in different time zones

Speaking English fluently is a must-have
At least 3 years experience of software testing
Have a good knowledge of web/mobile software development processes, familiar with Agile/SCRUM is plus
Be analytical and methodical
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Continuous learning mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with automation testing is preferred
Can work under high-pressure
