Logistics Staff

- Summarize the quantity requested by each customer and the weekly shipment plan)
- Coordinate with the production manager to check the shipment quantity and notify the customer
- (Check FWD, loading schedule/ shipping fee/ send necessary documents for shipment and exchange information
- Reorganize the information related to shipment (invoice information, amount, quantity) and issue PO
- Return or re-import of scrap materials and handle customs clearance procedures
- Check the cost of exporting samples and products
- Check the customer's ship schedule and book containers

- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Proficient in Excel and office software
- Priority is given to those with experience in the field of freight forwarding or customs clearance
