No working experience is required, although students with dynamic experience in school! social activities will have a big advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Skills required: Time Management, Personal & Task management.
High sense of discipline and confidentiality
Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.

Prepare documents for Purchasing Order issuing! Create purchase orders.
Prepare supplier database, input order details into internal database.
Support Procurement specialist in paperwork of customs clearance.
Working closely with other departments to have the optimal plan for placing and shipping orders.
Tracking the status of orders with the suppliers.
Arranging the payment according to the payment term settled.
Informing the warehouse team to arrange the warehouse area to receive the shipments.
