Product & Customer Engagement (PCE)

Key Responsibilities:
Product Creation, Development & Optimization
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative product ideas that resonate with the target audience, especially Ronaldinho fans.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create prototypes and visualize product concepts.
Focus on designing features that connect emotionally with users and enhance the user experience with AI companions.
Test products as an end-user to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Gather user feedback through testing and community engagement to continuously enhance product features.
Refine AI interactions based on user insights, ensuring the app delivers natural, human-like engagement.
2. AI Product Prompt Creation & Improvement:
Design and optimize AI conversation flows, ensuring that interactions feel as natural, human-like, and engaging as possible.
Continuously improve the AI’s responses and actions across a variety of situations and scenarios to create a seamless user experience.
3. Customer Engagement & Community Building:
Manage customer feedback and engage with the community to understand their needs and improve products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new product features, ensuring active user participation and excitement around product updates.
Build loyalty and excitement around celebrity-driven content, particularly through Ronaldinho’s AI companion and other onboard KOLs.
4. Marketing & Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that introduce new features and encourage users to explore all the capabilities of their AI companions.
Help in promoting new product releases across multiple channels, including in-app notifications, social media, and email newsletters

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management, customer engagement, or community management.
Experience with AI products, mobile apps, or gaming communities is highly desirable.
Passion for Football & Celebrities. Strong enthusiasm for football and knowledge of Ronaldinho and other celebrities/KOLs onboard with AI AVATAR. A deep understanding of sports culture and fandom is a plus. Ability to connect with and engage users who are fans of these personalities
Proven ability to generate creative product ideas that resonate with diverse user groups, especially sports enthusiasts and celebrity fans
Proven ability in product development, including creating prototypes, working closely with design teams, and testing product concepts
Proven ability to engage with customers and build a loyal community around a product or service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex product ideas and gather feedback effectively.
Holding a good understanding about CRM systems is a must for a senior position.
Having 2-3 years experience of team management is a plus for a senior.
Can work under minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask.

Ability to handle difficult players in a professional and polite manner.
Good communication skills.
English proficiency is a must.
